Spa Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a spa membership at Luminance Beauty & Body, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, consistency, and the best possible experience for all members.
1. Membership Overview
Spa Memberships at Luminance Beauty & Body provide monthly access to professional skincare and body treatments, member-only savings, and exclusive perks. Membership fees are billed automatically and grant access to benefits based on the selected membership tier.
All memberships are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Membership Enrollment & Billing

Memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment starting from the initial enrollment date.

Membership fees are automatically billed monthly to the payment method on file.

After the initial commitment period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with Section 10.

Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of benefits until resolved.
3. Membership Enrollment & Initial Signup Fee
Upon enrollment, all spa memberships require a one-time, non-refundable initial signup fee, charged at the time of registration:

Glow Essential Membership: $65 initial signup fee

Glow Deluxe Membership: $90 initial signup fee
This fee covers administrative setup, membership activation, and onboarding and is separate from the monthly membership dues.
4. Glow Essential Membership Benefits
The Glow Essential Membership includes the following benefits:

One (1) monthly facial included in the membership excluding customized facial
-
10% Member-only discount pricing on additional spa services
-
Priority booking access
-
Access to exclusive promotions, events, and seasonal offers
Benefits are for immediate use and are valid only while membership remains active and in good standing.
5. Glow Deluxe Membership Benefits
The Glow Deluxe Membership includes the following benefits:

Two (2) customized treatments included in the membership. Includes Customized Facial & Body Treatment

10% member-only savings on additional spa services
-
10% retail product discounts
-
Priority scheduling and preferred appointment access
-
Exclusive access to member-only promotions, events, and limited-availability offerings
Benefits are for immediate use and are valid only while membership remains active and in good standing.
6. Membership Add-Ons & Enhancement Rules

Membership services include only the treatments specified within the selected membership tier.

Add-ons, enhancements, upgrades, and advanced services are available to members at an additional cost, unless explicitly included in the membership.

Add-on pricing is subject to change and must be paid at the time of service.

Add-ons and enhancements do not replace or extend the core membership service unless stated in writing.

Membership add-ons cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or future services.
Eligibility & Application

Add-ons and enhancements are applied only during a scheduled membership service appointment.

Availability of add-ons is subject to provider discretion, treatment compatibility, and skin readiness.

Luminance Beauty & Body reserves the right to deny or modify add-ons if they are contraindicated or unsafe for the client.
Rollover & Expiration

Add-ons and enhancements do not roll over and must be used at the time of purchase.

Unused add-ons are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pricing & Service Changes

Luminance Beauty & Body reserves the right to:

Adjust add-on pricing
-
Modify available enhancements
-
Substitute add-ons of equal value when necessary
-
7.Promotions & Discounts
-
Membership discounts on add-ons apply only when stated.
-
Add-ons may not be combined with:
-
Flash sales
-
Promotional packages
-
Gift card promotions
-
External discounts
Unless explicitly noted in writing.

8. Service Rollover & Expiration
-
Monthly membership services may roll over for up to ninety (60) days from the original billing date.
-
Unused services expire after the 60-day rollover period and are not refundable or transferable.
-
Accumulated services cannot be redeemed after membership cancellation beyond the redemption window outlined in Section 10.
9. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be pre-booked/scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
-
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
-
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that month’s service.
-
Late arrivals may receive a shortened service to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
10. Membership Cancellation & Early Termination
-
Memberships may be canceled after the initial three-month commitment with 30 days’ written notice.
-
If canceled during the initial commitment period, an early termination fee of $90 will apply.
-
Upon cancellation, any remaining unused services must be redeemed within 60 days. Services not used within this timeframe will expire.
-
Membership fees are non-refundable.
To cancel your membership after the initial 3-month commitment:

Notify Us: Contact us via email, phone, or in person to request cancellation of your membership.
-
Final Payment: If you cancel at least 15-days before the monthly payment is due, you will not be charged for the following month. If the payment has already been processed, you will retain access to your benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

No Cancellation Fees After 3 Months: If you cancel after your initial 3-month term, you will not incur any additional fees.
11. Non-Transferability
All membership benefits, services, and discounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
12. Modification to Memberships
Luminance Beauty & Body reserves the right to update or modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or website posting. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Liability and Health Considerations

Members are required to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and skin sensitivities prior to receiving services.

A signed Client Intake and Consent Form is required.

Luminance Beauty & Body is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from withheld or inaccurate health information.

Results may vary based on individual skin conditions and compliance with professional recommendations.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Member personal and payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information for billing, scheduling, and communication purposes.
