Luminance Society Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in The Luminance Society Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure consistency, fairness, and the best possible experience for all members.

​

Membership Commitment

The Luminance Society Membership requires an initial commitment of three (3) consecutive months beginning on the date of enrollment.

Members are responsible for all membership payments during the initial commitment period regardless of service usage.

After the initial three-month commitment, the membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Membership Benefits

Membership includes:

• One (1) Monthly Maintenance Facial per month

• Complimentary facial add-ons during monthly membership appointments

• 10% off additional services

• 10% off retail products

• Priority booking access

• Access to exclusive member promotions and offers

Membership benefits are available only while the membership remains active and in good standing.

Monthly Billing

Membership dues are automatically charged each month using the payment method on file.

Monthly payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

It is the member's responsibility to maintain a valid payment method on file.

Failed or declined payments must be resolved before additional appointments may be booked.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability. Members are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure preferred dates and times.

Membership benefits do not guarantee same-day or last-minute availability.

​

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may result in forfeiture of the monthly service credit.

No-shows and repeated late cancellations may result in suspension of membership privileges.

​

Unused Services

One unused Monthly Maintenance Facial may roll over for up to 60 days while the membership remains active and in good standing.

Unused services have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged.

Membership services expire immediately upon membership cancellation.

Complimentary Add-Ons

Complimentary add-ons are available only when receiving the included Monthly Maintenance Facial.

Add-ons have no cash value, cannot be accumulated, and may not be transferred to another appointment or individual.

Luminance Beauty & Body reserves the right to modify available add-on options at any time.

Retail & Service Discounts

Member discounts apply only to regularly priced products and services.

Discounts cannot be combined with promotional offers, packages, gift certificate specials, or other discounts unless otherwise specified.

 

Membership Cancellation

Membership may not be canceled during the initial three-month commitment period except under circumstances approved by Luminance Beauty & Body.

After the initial commitment period, members may cancel by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice.

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the final billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods.

Membership Freeze

Members may request one membership freeze per calendar year for up to 30 days due to medical reasons, travel, or other approved circumstances.

Freeze requests must be submitted in writing and approved by management.

Membership benefits may not be used while the membership is frozen.

Non-Transferability

Membership benefits are intended solely for the enrolled member and may not be shared, transferred, gifted, or redeemed by another individual.

 

Changes to Membership

Luminance Beauty & Body reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, policies, or terms with a minimum of 30 days notice to active members.

 

Right to Refuse or Terminate Membership

Luminance Beauty & Body reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges for inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, chargebacks, or abuse of membership benefits.
