Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Membership program! We are excited to offer you an exclusive range of benefits designed to elevate your beauty and wellness experience.

By becoming a member, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, which will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Please read the information below carefully.

 

1. Membership Commitment & Duration

  • Initial Commitment Period: To begin your membership, you are committing to an initial 3-month term. This allows you to fully experience the range of benefits included in your membership.

  • Auto-Renewal: Starting the day of purchase, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you choose to cancel. Renewal charges will be automatically processed on the same date of the month as your original sign-up date.

2. Monthly Payments & Billing

  • Auto-Drafted Payments: Monthly membership fees will be automatically charged to the payment method you provide during registration. These payments will be drafted on the same day each month as your sign-up date (e.g., if you sign up on the 15th, payments will be drafted on the 15th of each subsequent month).

  • Payment Method: You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date. If a payment fails, your membership may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.

3. Membership Benefits

As a member, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Glow Essential $99: One Premium Facial or Body Treatment monthly, 25% off all services & retail (excludes Add-ons), ​First to know on specials, offers, and events.​

  • Glow Radiance $149: 2 Standard Treatments monthly (Premium Facial & Body Treatments)​Quarterly upgrade to Advanced Treatment, 25% off all services & retail  (excludes Add-ons)​Complimentary LED with every visit​First to know on specials and offers.

  • Glow Luxe $249:4 Premium Facial or Body Treatments monthly​​, 3 Advanced Treatments monthly, Quarterly Spa Bonus, 25% off all services & skincare​, Membership access for 3 people​, First to know on specials, offers, and events.

4. Service Rollover

Unused monthly services may roll over for up to 90 days from the original billing date. After 90 days, any unused services will expire.​

5. Scheduling and Cancelation 

Appointments are required and subject to availability. Schedule treatment using your membership benefits at any time. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid forfeiting your monthly service. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time. Forfeited service will not be redeemed.

 6. Early Termination & Cancellation Policy

Membership may be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice via email or in-spa. If you cancel, all unused services must be redeemed within 30 days of termination. Memberships cannot be placed on hold unless approved under special circumstances (e.g., medical leave).

  • 3-Month Commitment: To cancel your membership within the first 3 months, you must pay a $90 early termination fee. This fee covers the costs associated with early cancellation.

  • Cancellation After Initial 3 Months: After you have completed the initial 3-month term, you may cancel your membership at any time without any further fees or penalties. Simply contact us to cancel 30-days in advance, and you will not be charged for the following month.

  • Refunds: If you cancel before the 3-month commitment period, the $90 early termination fee is non-refundable. Any unused services or products (such as facials or treatments) will be forfeited.

7. Membership Renewal

  • Auto-Renewal: After the first payment of your membership, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You will receive a reminder email prior to your renewal, so you are aware of the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation at Any Time: After the 3-month commitment period, you may cancel your membership at any time without penalty. Simply notify us 30-days in advance before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

8. Transferability of Benefits​​

  • Non-Transferable Membership: Your membership is non-transferable. Only the primary member may access the benefits associated with the membership.

9. Changes to Membership Terms

Luminance Beauty & Body LLC. reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes via email or through our website. By continuing your membership after such changes, you agree to the updated terms.

10. Membership Cancellation Process

To cancel your membership after the initial 3-month commitment:

  1. Notify Us: Contact us via email, phone, or in person to request cancellation of your membership.

  2. Final Payment: If you cancel at least 15-days before the monthly payment is due, you will not be charged for the following month. If the payment has already been processed, you will retain access to your benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

  3. No Cancellation Fees After 3 Months: If you cancel after your initial 3-month term, you will not incur any additional fees.

11. Liability and Health Considerations

  • Health Disclosure: Before receiving any treatment, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. We will work with you to ensure your treatments are safe and suitable for your specific needs. A Client Information & Consent Form is required for each treatment at Luminance Beauty & Body.

  • Liability: Luminance Beauty & Body is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or side effects resulting from treatments or services performed, except where such issues arise due to our negligence or error.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Luminance Beauty & Body LLC. respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal and payment information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data.
