2 good starter facials for anyone with any skin type would be the Luminance Ritual for an overall assessment with the added bonus of relaxation, or our Oxygen Lift H202 Crème Facial best for anyone wanting a deep cleanse with antibacterial, plumping and instant glow benefits.
A good Body treatment to start with is the Glow Body Ritual for full body exfoliation and maximum hydration.
Choosing the right facial or skincare treatment can feel overwhelming, but we make it simple. At Luminance Beauty & Body, every appointment begins with a professional skin analysis where we assess your concerns, goals, and skin type. Based on what we see—whether it’s acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, dehydration, or sensitivity—we recommend the most effective, results-driven treatment for your unique needs.

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can fill out any forms, enjoy a moment to settle in, and ensure your full time with us is maximized.

To get the most from your experience:
You’ll be draped appropriately—wear what’s comfortable. The therapist leaves while you undress.
Shower beforehand to help open pores and prep your skin.
Avoid shaving or exfoliating within 24 hours of facials or body treatments—it can increase sensitivity.
Arrive Early Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to settle in, complete forms if needed, and ensure you receive your full treatment time.
Silence Your Phone To maintain a peaceful, relaxing environment for all guests, please silence your phone upon entering the spa.
Communicate Your Needs Let your esthetician know about any skin concerns, sensitivities, or recent treatments so your service can be customized safely and effectively.
Tell your therapist if you prefer quiet, or bring your own music (not always ideal during some facials).
Respect Appointment Times Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client.
Cancellation Courtesy Please follow our cancellation policy to help us accommodate all clients fairly.

Wear what feels comfortable. You'll be properly draped at all times—only the treatment area is exposed. The practitioner will leave the room when you undress, and return only after you're ready.

Yes! Many clients pair treatments for maximum results—like an Oxygen Lift Facial followed by LED light therapy, or a Hydrofacial combined with a body treatment. We can customize your visit so you enjoy multiple benefits in one relaxing session.

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees. This helps us offer that slot to another client. If you’re within the 24-hour window, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service price may apply.

We offer tiered memberships to suit your wellness goals:
Glow Essentials ($69/month): 1 standard facial or body treatment + 25% off extras and retail.
Glow Radiance ($99/month): 2 standard treatments, quarterly upgrade to an advanced service, plus LED/mask enhancements.
Glow Luxe (Family Membership) ($249/month): 4 standard treatments, 3 advanced treatments monthly, quarterly bonus, and expanded member access.
All tiers also include a 25% discount on products.

Yes! We want you to love your products. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your purchase. We offer store credit only. Prematurely expired products (within 6 months) will be replaced or refunded. Please email us at luminancebeautybody@gmail.com —you may be asked to provide photos.

Absolutely! For groups of 2 or more, please let us know in advance so we can create a synchronized, blissful experience (and maybe offer a special amenity). Group packages are available for spa parties and shared self-care.
